Epworth Village Retirement Community offers 116 spacious one- and two- bedroom Independent Living apartments and 200 Assisted Living apartments to residents.

We pay attention to every detail here at Epworth with each and every one of our senior apartments we have to offer. At Epworth each well appointed Independent Living and Assisted Living apartment has a spacious living room and dining area. The independent living apartments include a large separate bedroom, wall-to-wall carpeting, full-size, ceramic tile kitchen with hooded range, oven, refrigerator, and sink, a full deluxe bathroom and plenty of windows and closet space. The assisted living apartments have all the amenities of the independent apartments aside from the range but offers the convenience of a microwave in a kitchenette.

The only thing better than our big and comfortable one- or two-bedroom independent living apartments is the maintenance-free lifestyle designed to make life easier and more fulfilling for our residents.

At Epworth Village virtually, everything is included in the rent. Meals, free transportation within a 10-mile radius, Maintenance, activities, laundry facilities and housekeeping, individually controlled metered air-conditioning and heating, emergency nurse call system and smoke detectors are all inclusive to each month’s rent.

One of our most important features includes an emergency response system in every senior apartments’ master bedroom and bathroom. Residents have access to cable TV, phone lines, a choice of one or more daily meals, plenty of social activities and free excursions with complimentary transportation. And most importantly residents have the peace of mind knowing that there’s 24-hr nursing care available at our assisted living facility or 5-star rated Susanna Wesley Health Center nearby.
