Susanna Wesley Health Center is a Non-Profit licensed 120-bed skilled nursing facility located inside the beautiful 9.5 acre Epworth Village Retirement Community in Hialeah, Florida.
Our goal at Susanna Wesley is to make a difference in every life we touch by providing only the highest quality care and service, meeting the needs of our residents, families, physicians, and employees with compassion, dignity and love.
