The length of stay goes according to the diagnosis and rehabilitation potential therefore, it may vary from patient to patient. The length of stay is determined at multi-disciplinary team meetings with the patients, family, and treating staff.

Susanna Wesley Health Center specializes in providing short-term rehabilitation services in order to maximize each resident’s potential and restoring their independence. These services include physical, occupational, speech, wound care, intravenous, and psychological.

Susanna Wesley Health Center accepts Medicare, Private Pay, Respite Care, Hospice, Medicaid, and other major insurance providers.

Susanna Wesley Health Center have licensed dieticians who are dedicated to offering exceptional, healthy cuisine with a customized menu that adapts to each individual’s diet.

There are established rates for the insurance providers and private paying guests will be accessed as to the diagnosis and treatment plans. For private pays, you may request an invoice according to the treatment plan needed.

Susanna Wesley Health Center offers daily and weekly nondenominational services.

We have an excellent team of physicians in varies specialties, including Internal and Family Medicine, Physiatrist, among others.

The facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Visiting hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The amount of rehabilitation will be determined upon guest’s evaluation and physician recommendations.

Our energetic and enthusiastic activities staff offers creative programming to meet the needs and interests of all of our residents. These include Intellectual Activities, Musical Entertainers, Arts and Crafts, Pet Therapy, Trips to Local Attractions, Cooking Classes, Latin Socials, and Karaoke. (A schedule of activities will be posted every month).
